Retainer Options

Basic:

$500/month

Up to two contact persons from your company

Corporate:

$1000/month + $10/per employee

Up to two contact persons (routine)
Phone call / consultations (4 hours/month)

Company-wide training on Conflict Management issues
(3 hour training provided semi-annually)

Executive:

$1500/month + $50/per executive

Direct contact for all (included) executives
Phone call/consultations (8 hours/month)
Executive Training (3 hour training provided semi-annually)
Facilitate executive meetings (up to 4 hours/month)

Premium:

$2000/month + $10/per employee

Combines Executive and Corporate plans including:
Meeting Facilitation (up to 4 hours month)
Executive and Company-wide Training on relevant topics (Total of four training sessions/year)
Phone call/consultations (8 hours/month)
Listing in Employee Manual – direct request allowed
10% discount on other services

**Mediating Solutions consultants further support all retainer clients with periodic on-site visits.

A la carte - Fee Schedule

Business Evaluations:

$200/hour
(Initial consultations are free)

Consultation/ Coaching:

$200/hour – phone or in-person

Mediation/ Facilitation:

$250/hour
Half day rate (up to 4 hours) $850
Full day rate (up to 8 hours) $1,700

Mediations are scheduled in time-blocks of no less than two hours.

Workshops/Training:

(Corporate)
Half-day workshop $1,400
Full-day workshop $2,800

Workshops rates are calculated for up to 25 participants. Additional fees apply for larger groups. (A materials fee has been included.)

HOA Meetings:

$250 – up to two hours Group Facilitation

Cancellations:

A cancellation fee will be applied to any mediation service that is cancelled within less than two business days of the scheduled appointment. Cancellation fees are calculated at 25% of the rate for the scheduled service, with a minimum fee of $125.00.

Travel:

Travel expenses are assessed for any services provided by Mediating Solutions outside of the Los Angeles area.
