conflict brews within a Homeowner’s
Association, and costly lawsuits replace
one-time neighborly relations.

Mediating Solutions we specialize in this
sort of Conflict Resolution. We know that
most conflict will not get better on its own
and our process of Mediation and Consulting
for Home Owner’s Associations does not seek
to simply iron out conflict, but to root
it out. As Consultants, we also work to
prevent issues from developing into more
serious conflicts. We regularly attend HOA
meetings and become a neutral mainstay of
the process, ensuring that all topics are
fully discussed and issues fully examined.
Our mediator/consultant works to keep
parties on track and helps the group to
maintain focus on the issues at hand.
